A nice condo that shows some wear. The best part of the unit was the gorgeous view of Waikiki Beach from the covered balcony and the EASY walk to the beach. We and the children enjoyed several mornings in the sand and surf and it was very entertaining watching the sidewalk traffic and surfers from the balcony.The parking valets were very courteous and all the building staff always made us feel welcome every time we returned. There was never any long wait for the valets to retrieve our vehicle when we needed it. The free parking was very useful given the traffic and congestion in the area.A few minor issues with the amenities. Only spices were picnic salt and pepper. Incorrect filters for the coffee maker. (We purchased the correct kind.) The power brush in the vacuum didn't work making it difficult to keep the sand out of the area rug in the living room. Only one roll of paper towels was provided for a 9 night stay with a 2 year old. The unit listing said a crib or pack and play was available, but we discovered the day before we were to arrive that it had to be rented and that we needed to provide the linens for it.A major disappointment is that we had NO communications with Byron, the named host. Messages sent prior to the reservation were not answered by Byron and he was NOT available during check-in and not once contacted or visited us during the stay. Note that the office staff member who helped with the crib arrangements was professional and accommodating.

What a wonderful location overlooking Waikiki beach! The decor and amenities are all top shelf. Valet staff are super helpful and we had wonderful stay. Byron was excellent and communication was super easy. One elevator was out, but otherwise an excellent stay. Thank you!!

This was amazing! The condo was beautiful and in a perfect spot. Walking distance to lots of shops and dining. Of course the beach was across the street and perfect. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! There were 5 of us (2 teems) and we all had a great time.
