Loved the unit, loved the location, loved the building and amenities. Additionally, the on-site staff was amazing and helpful. Literally loved everything about this place except the beds. The beds were miserably uncomfortable. But other than the beds (if you don't like ridiculously hard beds), would highly highly recommend this place!

From the moment you arrive, you feel like totality. The staff are trained very well and are happy and helpful. The views were spectacular!! .

The place was very clean. Close to everything. Amazing view. Outdoor deck needs a thorough wet cleaning. Our feet would turn black if we walked out there barefoot for a few minutes.
One complaint regarding the on-site management was the pool closes WAY too early at 8 PM and the elevator stops allowing guests to access that floor right at 8. We overheard another guest complaining to the front desk who had a BBQ at the pool and took one load of stuff back to their rental and then could not return to the pool on the elevator at 8:01 PM. We returned after dinner 45 minutes later and they were still waiting for security to take them back to the pool deck where their kids were still in the pool waiting for their parent to return. Lucky them!
