The property overlooks the splendid sea of Realmonte (AG), a few meters from the Monterosso Tower (16th century), near the sandy beaches of Pergole and Giallonardo.
10 minutes by car from Scala dei Turchi, Torre Salsa nature reserve, birthplace of L. Pirandello, A. Camilleri and boarding for the islands of Lampedusa and Linosa.

La casa, divisa in due appartamenti, è situata in una zona bellissima e tranquilla.
Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo affittato quello al piano inferiore, dotato di ampio soggiorno e cucina, bagno e camera da letto. La vera chicca ? La veranda eterna con ampio tavolo e sedute per ammirare la splendida vista e il terreno che circonda la casa.

Obwohl Giuseppe keine Zeit hatte, persönlich vorbei zu schauen, hat er sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar, vielen Dank nochmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa si trova nella parte delle della località Pergole. Si gode di una bella vista sul mare ed è vicinissima (1 min. di auto) a delle belle spiagge e alla Scala dei Turchi. Possiede un giardino piacevole ove stare al sole ed una cucina munita di tutto per passare piacevoli serate con gli amici. Meraviglio il Giardino co alberi da frutto a disposizione degli ospiti.
ABBIAMO MANGIATO DEI FICHI BUONISSIMI.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist einen Besuch wert. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und auch alleine gelegen. Aus diesem Grunde ist keine touristische Überlastung vorhanden und man kann sich super am Strand entspannen, ohne alle 5 Minuten von einem lästigen Strandverkäufer zum Kauf aufgefordert zu werden. Die Wohnung an sich hat eine gute Lage und ein großes Grundstück mit großer Terasse. Ein Manko ist aber, dass es sich nicht um das ganze Haus (Viletta) handelt, sondern nur um eine Wohnung. D.h. die Tachterasse mit Meerblick gehört z.B. schon zur zweiten Wohnung. Außerdem wird das gesamte Anwesen nachts extrem stark beleuchtet, was beim schlafen stört. Ein weitere negative Erfahrung war, dass zwar die Betten, Handtücher und Bad sauber, aber das Geschirr vollständig verträgt waren. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt einen kleinen negativen Dämpfer gegen.
