The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a veranda overlooking the garden with the possibility of a barbecue, living room with two armchair-beds, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, two bedrooms (single or double beds, in one room an additional single bed can be added).

The property is located in Realmonte in Via Venere 56 in LIDO ROSSELLO overlooking the Scala dei Turchi on the west side and only 15 km from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.
It is possible to reach the sea by crossing the garden and descending to the beach via a staircase of 14 steps.
The beach is free, sandy and particularly suitable for children.
The village of Lido Rossello is equipped with
- commercial establishments: bars, sandwich shops, rotisseries, markets, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacconists
- sea equipment rental: beach umbrellas and deck chairs, pedal boats and boats
- sports equipment: five-a-side football field and padel court
- Playground for children
- nature trails for trekking and mountain biking
- Free and paid parking lots
- Theater with cultural and entertainment activities

Modern apartment on ground level with covered patio right on the sand. Parking is free along the street which is very quiet. View of the Turkish Steps. Short stroll to beachfront eateries. Apartment was stocked with essentials like starter coffee etc. Paolo the owner was very gracious but we needed nothing tended to. A real winner!

The photos don’t do this apartment justice. This apartment faces the sea, and the beach at the rear of the property is gorgeous with a view of the Scala di Turchi on one side and another cape on the other. The rooms are beautifully appointed and have everything you’d need for a respite by the sea. Paolo recommended a great local restaurant a 5 min walk away, as well as other options for breakfast and lunch on a weekend. We only got to spend one night there, but wished we could have stayed a week. After visiting Palermo, Ragusa, Siracusa, and Taormina, this was our favorite spot in all of Sicily!
