The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of three rooms divided into two bedrooms furnished with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning, a toilet furnished with a washing machine and ironing board, living room with fitted kitchen area served by TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioned, with total area of 60 square meters. All 'outside the apartment is served by a large terrace of 50 sqm with outdoor kitchen in masonry and with a reserved parking space in a private road. The apartment is served by public transport stops just 10 m away from the driveway. On request you can rent cars and motorcycles with guest-only prices. The apartment is equipped with a kennel for animals located on the terrace.

We stayed for five nights in Enzo's apartment/house lovely views and sunsets. Super quiet air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Good kitchen facilities and a powerful shower in the bathroom. Enzo helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay.Would highly recommend.

I stayed at Fabio's property im Casamicciola with a friend for 4 days. Every single aspect of the experience was perfect: the location, the spaciosness of the apartment, the facilities offered, the marvellous terrace with the stunning sunsets, and most of all the owner's hospitality, who offeref also a free pick up and return to Ischia's main port. I will definitely try to go back!

Wir haben drei hervorragende Wochen hier verbracht und den fantastischen Ausblick genossen, da die Wohnung im oberen Teil Casamicciolas liegt.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und verfügt zudem über viel italienischen Charme. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die offene Barbeque-Küche auf der Terrasse.
Herr Enzo ist ein sehr fürsorglicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber gewesen.
Trotz der Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ist man mit einem PKW/Motorroller flexibler, zumal ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht.
Wir werden auch unseren nächsten Ischia-Urlaub gerne wieder in dieser Dependance verbringen!
