Charming and colorful apartment in Casamicciola Terme, Isola d 'Ischia (Naples- Italy), located in a strategic area for the beach, for shopping and for the vibrant nightlife. In fact, it is less than 150 meters from the beach and the area beaches, as well as the marina. Less than 100 meters separate, however, the accommodation from the central piazza marina of Casamicciola Terme, in which the historian Bar Calise is the starting point for shopping and especially for the vibrant nightlife.
L 'apartment consists of: 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, living room / dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, sunny terrace on the same floor and covered outdoor seating area, a reading and tea. Available for rent weekly, weekend or for more 'long solar year periods. MAX 4 people. We nevertheless accept also single. The price varies depending on the season.

The location was very central and nonetheless quiet with a beautiful terrace. The landlord Michele was very helpful and always available when we needed him. The flat was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The only thing which could be improved is that the flat has no wifi but mobile phone reception was very good. There was a shop just round the corner where you could get all the basics. Ischia is a wonderful island and ideal for hiking holidays. You really can get around by bus and the weekly ticket is cheap. Boats are less reliable and may be cancelled at the last moment if you plan to visit the other islands or Naples. But there is much to keep you busy on Ischia, like a piano concert in the botanical gardens.

Maison très bien placée près du port des commerces et de la plage, idéale pour visiter Ischia, accueillante avec tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur. Hôte charmant, discret et accommodant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Pourquoi choisir Casamicciola ?
Parce que le bateau y arrive directement, loin du tumulte de la ville d'Ischia. Parce tout y est pour les courses et le petit café du matin.
Parce que Lacco Ameno est accessible à pieds ainsi que Negombo (station thermale immanquable) et que le jardin botanique.
Parce que c'est le point de départ pratique pour visiter toute l'île (le réseau de bus est très fiable, contrairement à ce que disent les guides et les taxis sont chers). Bus CS, CD et ligne 1.
Pourquoi choisir le logement de Michele ?
Parce qu'il est à 50 m du port et du cœur de la ville dans une rue typique, montante et très calme.
Parce que la maison a 3 chambres, une terrasse ensoleillée du matin au soir.
Parce qu'elle est immaculée !
Parce qu'elle est décorée selon les goûts très personnels de la famille, on y ressent gentillesse et attentions. Tout est dans le détail. L'équipement est impec (ici on ne lésine pas sur le nombre d'assiettes et de couverts). Il n'y a pas de micro-ondes mais qui voudrait un micro-ondes pour cuisiner à l'italienne : simplicité et délice des produits italiens.
Parce que Michele est un hôte d'une grande gentillesse, accueillant. Il est dispo et donne tous les renseignements utiles, fournit des plans et des bons plans. S'adapte à nos horaires.
Bref, je la conseille sans hésitation. Ce fut un séjour de rêve sur une île de rêve !
