Great location and excellent view from the roof top terrace. Beautiful surroundings. Nice small town with ideal combination of anemities and local feel. Good communication with Luigi.
Room is more suitable for 2 people than 3, but the terrace is a definite bonus.

Very many things to like about this modern apartment. The host was very responsive and helpful, the location and neighbourhood was excellent, it felt safe and it was perfect for a few days exploring Ischia, an island we really liked, and for a day trip to neighbouring Procida island. The room was very clean, well decorated and modern, and pretty well equipped. Was torn between scoring 8 or 9, as we really did enjoy our stay.
We had the ground floor studio apartment and it felt small. That would have been ok, but a few little touches would have made it better. Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom. A bit more equipment in the kitchen maybe. Some additional shelving, maybe above the fridge (the microwave was stored in a cupboard and there wasn't really anywhere to put it to use it easily), and the large coffee machine, whilst nice to have, meant it was hard to use the small kitchen area to cook meals (We are vegetarian which isn't so well catered for in Italy so the ability to eat in mattered to us). The high double bed over the sofa bed was too tight for us too, with low headroom above (we are in our 60s, younger people might have been ok), so we had to use the sofa bed, which wasn't too comfortable. Generally just felt a bit cramped and not always the best use of what space there was. For others a lot of these issues wouldn't matter of course.

Luigi è stato super disponibile prima ancora del nostro arrivo, fornendoci info importanti sulle tappe da non perdere sull'isola. L'appartamento è collocato in una zona tranquilla vicina a bar, ristoranti, porto, negozi, bus. Noleggiando uno scooter è facilissimo trovare parcheggio di fronte l'appartamento e si può girare tutta l'isola. Consiglio!!!
