About this villa rental
A beautiful villa/farm in unspoilt countryside with every amenity, large pool, magnificent views, sweet fresh air, many and varied restaurants serving wonderful seasonal food and close to great Italian art and architecture. The whole property and pool is for your exclusive use. No sharing! Perfect privacy and only bird song to disturb you. Nearest house is 0.75km away. Please see the guests comments at the bottom of the page! Please note: this is a non-smoking villa. It is filled with a lovely art collection which many guests have commented on. We accept cats and small dogs. However, the property and the pool are not fenced and bringing them will be at your own risk. It is serviced by Alexandra and Manfred who maintain it in a spotless condition. The villa is serviced every week, but could be done more frequently should you wish at a relatively small cost.

Unser Spontanurlaub in die Emilia Romangna war ein voller Erfolg. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen zurückgezogenen Urlaub. Der Garten und der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und offene Fragen ließen sich sofort klären. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Jardin avec vue superbe sur les collines et le village de San Donato, très grande piscine (que l’on peut bâcher si on l’aime bien chaude), petit village à 3 kilomètres avec supermarché, supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, tabac, café, restaurants…. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison!
Bon à savoir:
- la carte sur abritel localisant la maison nous a permis de la trouver, pas l’adresse sur waze ou maps
- Ravenne (réserver les billets à l’avance pour ne pas faire 1h20 de queue comme nous….) et Rimini (centre historique) à 1h10
- super plage au pied d’une colline dans le parc naturel del Monte San Bartolo (1h30 de voiture puis 30 min à pied)
- pas de lave vaisselle (conforme à l’annonce)
- Sant Agatha (3 km) est un petit village très authentique où il y fait bon prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la place, y faire ses courses dans le centre ou au supermaché Conad, y dîner…. Cerise sur le gâteau : spécialité de truffes 😋

La casa è grande e accogliente, i letti molto comodi, unico piccolo problema con il bidet con il tappo bloccato che non si poteva usare ed era anche l'unico della casa.
Giardino molto bello e ombreggiato con splendida vista sui colli e sul paesino di San Donato. Nei dintorni abbiamo fatto un bella passeggiata con vista su San Marino. La piscina è grande e comoda, abbiamo fatto dei bei bagni, però il fondo era un pò sporco di terra e foglie che con l'aspirazione disponibile non si riuscivano a rimuovere, ci vorrebbe un robottino per pulire bene il fondo

We had a lovely stay at Poggio Bello. The house, the garden and swimming pool are fabulous. It is peaceful, well protected from the heat, has a beautiful view on San Donato and the sound of charming church bell which “sings” the Ave Maria at 21 hours.Sant’Agata Feltria is also a very charming town where we enjoyed the fine products from the bakery, butcher and fish monger. And of course the pizza’s at Graziano’s and the nice pasta at the Tulipano Nero. The restaurants and touristic attractions mentioned in the guideline paper issued by Ronald are all worthwhile visiting. He really has a very good taste.We enjoyed our visit to sulphur museum and the tree climbing at the Sky Park of Perticara, the magnificent castle of San Leo and the picturesque town of Pennabilli.We will certainly return to this magnificent location.
