This is a very pleasant bungalow :spacious and well-equipped. It is on a generous plot, flat and grassed, a good place for little children to play.The property is in a quiet residential area and within easy walking distance of a supermarket.There is, however, one major criticism we would make: lack of shade on the patio which is in full sun nearly all day. The inadequate porch roof could easily be extended by an awning as has been done on similar properties and this would go far towards reducing the problem.

La casa és còmode, està ben situada, l'entorn és tranquil, és pràctica i funcional.
Més llocs d'ombra al jardí! I més mobiliari per estar còmode a l'exterior, i també com que la casa és una mica calorosa, afegiria ventiladors pels dies de més calor.
