House in Estartit, a 10-minute walk from the beach, for 6 people, with a pool and shared garden. Three-story house with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and bidet on the first floor, a hair dryer, an iron, and a half-bath on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a balcony, and views of the pool; it also has a clothesline. Another bedroom has two single beds and a closet, with views of the street. There is a ceiling fan in the dining room and another in the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms each have a standing fan. The dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a bulk coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, a blender, a large refrigerator, and a freezer. The dining room has a round table with 6 chairs, a chaise longue sofa, a TV with HDMI and USB ports, and access to the garden and pool.
A high chair and a fold-out bed are available for children under 2 years old. Free Wi-Fi is provided. There is a table on the top floor for remote work.

In the outdoor storage shed, there are 3 beach chairs, 1 folding table, 3 skateboards, a beach umbrella, and 2 beach tents. You can park one car in front of the house, and you can charge an electric car through the kitchen window; there’s additional parking space on the street. Bicycles can be locked to the gate of the house. In the patio, there are 2 children’s bikes suitable for 3-year-olds.
In L’Estartit, there is a very large beach, and you can kayak to the Medes Islands, a protected natural area renowned for its rich animal biodiversity. From L’Estartit, you can go to Torroella de Montgrí, where there are many shops selling local food; you can also hike up Montgrí Mountain, where there is a very well-preserved castle that you can tour inside (with observation decks). It’s an outing suitable for both adults and children. You can also head to Léscala, which also has beautiful beaches. If you want to go further, the Dalí Museum in Figueres is a 40-minute drive away, Cadaqués is an hour’s drive away, and Roses is a 50-minute drive away. In the Roses area, there’s a large beach, a wind tunnel, and the canals of Empuriabrava.
