16th century structure immersed in the green of a hilly area 5 minutes from Foiano della Chiana and well connected to all services.
Typical farmhouse of the Tuscan countryside, 350 square meters on two floors, and consists of 5 double bedrooms, 2 triple bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, can accommodate up to a maximum of 18 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with laundry room with 7 kg load washing machine, two double rooms with private bathroom and a family room consisting of a triple, a double and a shared bathroom. On the first floor large communicating lounge with large kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, 5 burners, toaster, American coffee machine, espresso machine, table for 20 people. In the living room 4 sofas, 2 armchairs and a working wood fireplace. One studio, two double bedrooms with private bathroom, one triple and one twin with shared bathroom. The two floors are connected by internal stairs.
Villa Le Belle Giornate has large outdoor space with private parking next to the property, large garden, relax area with swimming pool and barbeque area. The private pool is cleaned every morning and is open from 8 o'clock, allowing children to play and parents to relax. Strategic position of the farmhouse offers the possibility to easily reach the most suggestive villages and Tuscan towns and at the same time enjoy the quiet of the countryside.
The pool is open from 23th April to 5th October.
