House in the center very pleasant and bright, is suitable for max 2 people .. E 'consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace. Super-equipped. The style is modern, but you can find the rustic elements such as the ceiling with exposed beams.
And 'it situated in the district of Villanova, a historic district of Cagliari, near the Castle and the Marina. Most of the historic sites, the shopping streets (Via Garibaldi, Via Manno, Via Paoli, via Alghero), nightlife (restaurants and aperitif / after dinner) are within walking distance in a few minutes. Also very close is the historic fish market and the vegetable market of San Benedetto. It takes a stroll for a drink in the nearby Piazza San Domenico and the picturesque district of Castello, the Bastion of Saint Remy and Santa Croce in the street.

Für uns hat das Appartement alles gehalten was es versprochen und wir uns erhofft haben.
Wir haben super zentral in einem authentischen lokalem Viertel gewohnt.
Der Kontakt mit Monica war herzlich und sie hat uns auch im Vorfeld bei Fragen immer weitergeholfen.
Einzig der Sternabzug ist darin begründet, dass die Einrichtung eine Auffrischung benötigt.
Dennoch würden wir für Cagliari dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Ortsteil Villanova, einem historischen Viertel von Cagliari.
Die meisten der historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die schönen Einkaufsstraßen sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der historische Fischmarkt und der Gemüsemarkt von San Benedetto.
Das Apartment sehr angenehm und hell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der Stil ist modern, aber auch gleichzeitig liebevoll und gemütlich.
Man fühlt sich nicht wie in einer Ferienwohnung, sondern wie zuhause.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wünscht.
Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer von Cagliari.
Wir waren Ende Oktober in Cagliari und hatten noch superschönes Wetter.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen.
Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
