Apt Is Fradis

This was our second time in this property. We loved it so much last year and decided to come back again. Location is superb, apartment has everything you need, its very clean, some improvements were done and the host is very pleasant and open to any needs. And must not forget, the bed is very comfortable. We are planning to come back next year. Thank you!

We had wonderful time in Cagliari. The property was excellent and in excellent area in the city center. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing bed, so we were able to have good night sleeps. There was everything we needed for our stay. We will be definitely back. Also the host is very responsive and friendly. Thank you.

Emplacement incroyable

Impossible d'utiliser la voiture dans le quartier et un peu humide

Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and tidy. Good contact with the Host - organised a taxi for our return.

There was a specific smell when we walked in to the apartment coming from the bathroom (ventilation). The apartment ws dark as the blinds had to be lowered, otherwise everything can be seen from the street by passers by. We were very disappointed with the terrace - according to the description - "the ground-floor unit features a sun terrace" - in fact the terrace was on the first floor, obviously used by the people living there. It was not clean - the garden furniture was in fact: 2 plastic chairs, one small table. Apart from that , cupboards, a high chair, prams, dead flowers, plastic bins, baskets and hung out washing - in no way appealing to use. Basically someone's storage area.
