It’s location, nothing can be the tranquility and tidiness of West Kensington. The hotel is well maintained.

nice district, Sw/W. Bathroom fine, beds comfy. Room clean. Friendly staff.
TV didn't work, no cleaning of rooms. No refresh of teabag etc.

Easy 5 min walk from West Kensington Tube, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was more than expected, bed was very comfy and I had a great night's sleep, which is unusual for me being away from home. Wifi was good, and bathroom was spacious and had everything I needed. Will be statying again.

Hotel was great with great location
It was absolute nightmare to book! They kept declining ALL by cards. Even 30mins before my sons arrival they messaged me that the room will be cancelled after I had updated YET another card in the morning! Their comment was because the card was not in the guest's name they could not accept the payment!! NEVER heard of that one. So would not book that hotel again!
