The staff is kind and helpful, specially Raul who made my stay easier, helped with everything he could. They have an agreement with a local car rental, good price and convenient. The apartment with the balcony with sea views have everything you need for your stay, highly recommend pay the extra for the views and it is also quiet at night. Excellent location

Location not at the most busiest part of the promenade + , directly at the beach promenade. Good Café's and restaurants nearby. There is also a SuperDino nearby (5 min) and other place to buy groceries. For me a suitable walk to the shopping centers (El Muelle 15 min, 1,2km, CC Las Arenas 20min, 1.7km a bit less if you walk to the nearest bus stop (1,40€)), Near El Muelle is also the stop for bus 60 to/from the airport (30 min), there is also other bus combination one could use.
