It consists of a main room with a double bed queen size (160 x 200 cm), bathroom with a shower and toilette and separate, completely equipped kitchen.
Free WI-FI Internet connection, air conditioning/heating, cable TV, microwave, cooking amenities ... all available in the accommodation.
In front of the apartment there is a garden area with table and chairs to completely enjoy an authentic holiday in the heart of Split.

Clean, well presented apartment, as pictured, equipped with all you need for a short stay. Good location on the edge of town in a very quiet neighbourhood. Flat walk to all amenities and all major city locations within walking distance - which was welcome in the unusually high tempertures.
Vera and Umberto great hosts, giving plenty of local information, and once or twice bringing very fresh figs or grapes just picked of the vine. Very relaxing stay. Would return.

Excellent place for a couple to stay in a quiet area so close to the old town. Nice outside area and with a dishwasher and washing machine, all you need for a relaxing time.

Our week in Spit recently was AMAZING. Our host Vera was helpful, generous, fun and helped make our time in Croatia the best. Her suggestions about the town and our plans while we were there beyond helpful. The location just on the edge of the historic centre was perfect for walking into and out of the central area. We walked there from the Ferry Docks and other than our first slight misdirection (we didn't believe Google and realize that it consider the market area to be a real street) we loved the location. The accommodations were clean, spacious and "local". Vera's walled garden was magical every time we entered or left. If we're lucky enough to go back to Split (which we vastly preferred over Dubrovnik) we hope we can stay there again.

We arrived late at night and the owner (who lives upstairs) was waiting for us with a friendly welcome. There were some supplies in the fridge - beer, water, salamis and some bread. The apartment is in an excellent location - only a few minutes walk from the main promenade, walking through populated areas. The apartment is really clean and was well equipped with everything we needed, including wifi.We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we return to Split.
