The Ground Floor (Living Area)
The heart of the villa is a bright, sun-drenched living room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and an elegant fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for maximum convenience and is complemented by a practical utility area with complete laundry facilities. The living space is thoughtfully laid out to ensure a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
The First Floor (Sleeping Area)
The upper level features 4 bedrooms, all equipped with high-efficiency air conditioning to ensure perfect thermal comfort while you sleep. Each room offers direct, independent access to the balconies and verandas.
Bedroom A: Spacious double room with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom B: Refined room with a double bed (arranged for single occupancy to ensure privacy).
Bedroom C: Refined room with a double bed (arranged for single occupancy to ensure privacy).
Bedroom D: Dedicated room with bunk beds.
Bathroom: There is a second full bathroom on this floor, shared by bedrooms B, C, and D.
Note: To ensure a premium experience for our guests, the villa’s capacity is strictly limited to 5 guests.

The villa is located in a quiet, secluded area, just a 2-minute drive from the beautiful beach of Fontane Bianche. We highly recommend that our guests rent a car. While essential amenities in the charming town of Cassibile are only 600 meters away, a vehicle is essential to explore the local area and manage your daily travel with ease and comfort, especially during the warmer hours of the day.

It was just perfect ..the place is fully equipped forn2 families to stay comfortably. We all loved being there....the garden space and pool area has all that you need for the children to enjoy and be safe.

Marcello was an excellent host and stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed including recommended restaurants to visit. Marcello was there to greet us when we arrived and also made sure we had the essentials in the fridge for us to get by.
The villa and the pool were fantastic and very private.
we decided to not hire a car on this holiday and made use of public transport and walking which was a little challenging in the hot weather but that was our fault . Cassibile was not too far away and had some lovely shops and restaurants or bus stops taking you directly to Syracuse which was amazing. Fontaine bianche was a little further away but a nice stroll in the early evening for a swim in the sea. The villa was very clean, maybe a little dated but added to the overall charm of the property. a very nice relaxing stay.

We were two families with a total of 5 kids and had a great holiday in Marcello’s villa.
We were right not to trust the very colourful photos on the homepage!
Marcello is a great host, always available when you need him.
From us, it’s 9 thumbs up!!!
