Location was excellent - in a very quiet area in walking distance to the beach and close to the Red Mountain. We received a welcome basket and lots of treats which was really special. Everything we needed was provided for our stay. Toiletries, laundry detergent, cleaning products, kitchen paper - very thoughtful and made our stay easier. Beds were really comfy. The pool area and outside garden were so relaxing we did not want to leave. We were so sad to leave. It's a great place to escape and relax. Very private.

The pool was not heated during our visit but I think you can request it. We had not thought about doing that but no big deal as it wasn't really weather for swimming during our stay.

It was clean and comfortable

I booked this as it had a heated pool - however on our arrival it became apparent that this wasn’t the case. I messaged the owner who advised that the heating had not worked for over a year and this was said on the booking site. I have searched the site but cannot find and details that the heated pool was in fact not heated.
