Batĥ room taps were broken, and we struggled. Daily to wash and no remote for the gate that made us too struggle every time we need to leave or access the property

I liked the house, it looks like the picture on the internet. The beds are super comfortable and big bed at room 5. I liked the fact that the water is hot throughout the day. So you can bath or shower anytime.

I didn't like the fact that I checked in online using the link provided. However, I didn't receive the room I checked in at because the people there had not yet left. My mom was not pleased with the breakfast in the morning because it was basic, sort of counted eggs, bacon and mini sausages and remained the same for both mornings we were there. Plus the food was cold. Someone left the TV on in the lounge at night and I had to wake up to go switch it off as no one was there watching no more. Noise level as some guests were drinking in the lounge but on the 'net it says no party's allowed etc. Only one plug in room 5. The second one is too high to reach. Oh. Please install dstv or Netflix. Sabc 1 and others no one watches it anymore. Toilet in room 5 needs some strategy to let the water in. I think a uniform would look nice on the ladies that work there. Perhaps jeans and asda guesthouse tshirt. Not for them to wear whatever they want. Lastly, Wi-Fi was not working.
