The host was very accommodating, she allowed me to check in before the day I originally booked and I had to extend my stay. The staff were also very helpful and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Not necessarily things I didn't like, I am sure if I asked they would have been attended to but just some thoughts for improvement. 1. To add handwash and airfreshner in the bathrooms 2. To add an alternative contact number on booking.com, I struggled to get hold of the number posted online when I was on my way to the guesthouse.

The place is in a quiet area and it's clean,the staff was also super friendly and helpful. exceeded my expectations

There were no shower caps in the shower,

The location is great, its situated in a quite place, suitable for a couple who just want to unwind and bond. The breakfast was very dry and to make it worse the staff was unprofessional. We called at 07h15 requesting breakfast and we were notified it would be ready by 08h00. At 08h15 we called and yhey said they were on the way only for the host to call at 08h30 stating that she has just started with breakfast and would be ready by 09h00, they were busy "bathing" and the staff should have been honest.

Communicate better with guest. Upon check-in, it is advisable to ask guests when they'd like to have their breakfast. Be transparent - You do not have to lie to guest only to apologise later, we travel for different reason. Train staff on etiquette and professionalism.
