Dwelling sprouted 50m from the beach of Moledo, one of the best beaches in the north of Portugal.
It has 4 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, capacity for 10 persons, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath), TV.
The house is situated in a quiet area. The villa is very close to the waterfront to take a stroll and have a ecovia to Vila Anchor Beach (about 3 km) alongside the sea, to great walks. The 50 m has cafes and 70 m cash machine, shops, railway station and the town center.
Region of excellent restaurants.
You can also buy fresh produce and organic produce such as vegetables, fruits, honey, wine, etc ..
Moledo is one of the best beaches in northern Portugal, great to stroll along the sand to the mouth of the Rio Minho. Moledo is closely related to an excellent beach where very close there is a fishing port, where we can watch the fishermen to reach the high seas and buy directly from the fish, fresh and freshly caught.
Also known as the Vinho Verde region, which stands out the famous 'Wine Albariño', which you can buy in the shops available as well as the internationally famous 'Port Wine'.
Moledo is known for excellent beach, which has 'Blue Flag', synonymous with quality and prestige. The beach of Moledo is also known and sought after by surfers, windsurfers and kite surfing.

The house is just minutes from the beach. Even in early August the beach is not crowded.
Water temperatures were around 16 C.
The beach gets windy in the afternoon when kite surfers start.
There are life guards which adds extra safety.
The little town is cute with restaurants, beach cafes and a little grocery store. A train to Porto runs a few times a day.
The house itself has some charming aspects such as the ocean view and the hardwood floor.
The kitchen has a lot of useful things.
Things are a bit old most pans are scratched, most knifes are dull and some cabinets have a moldy smell to them (maybe an old water leak?). We never got the tv to work and be aware there is no wifi.
Still we really enjoyed our vacation.

Propriétaire très simpa et disponible. Le logement est bien situé près de la mer. Il est grand et propre.

Uma moradia grande, com 5 bons quartos e um quintal razoável, boa orientação e muito perto da praia. Encontrámos a casa como nova, toda catita, roupas de cama todas iguais e branquinhas! Aliás, fomos estriar as camas!
Na cozinha não falta nada.
Portanto, casa bem equipada e limpa. Espero que não a estraguem!
O proprietário é muito simpático, prestável, sempre pronto para resolver um ou outro problema que surja, interessado em melhorar o conforto da casa. Até aceita sugestões!
Para o ano, lá estaremos!
