La ubicación y que es un complejo pequeño.
Pequeños detalles que por el precio deberían mejorar, funda manchada del sofá, cortina del dormitorio que necesita cambiarse.

Limpieza, no hay vigilancia y huéspedes incívicos y ninguna vigilancia por parte del complejo. No se cumplen las normas y nadie pone solución y eso que se llamó’ el viernes y no pasó absolutamente nada , se repitió la misma historia el sábado y nada. Hemos pasado una estancia de pena , humos de cigarro, escándalos , baños nocturnos y visitas no autorizadas.Vamos que aquello era la ciudad sin ley
