Minoica Beach Apartments

20 steps to beach Spotlessly clean Efi and all the staff

Everything was perfect, From the check-in to the check out. Fantastic people willing to help. The apartment was spotless our view was amazing. We opted for the Sea View room that does come with a premium but well worth it. The beach was less than 20 meters from us.

I am also a hotel owner so staying connected is very important. Their internet is ok, checking email sending text messages perfect and stable, but it should be brought up to date. My suggestion 5G access points in the rooms. That is what we have in our hotel.

Everything. The location is phenomenal, as are the staff - especially Efi. Top pick for animal lovers too, fell in love with Milo & Lizzy.

Literally do not have one bad thing to say.

The property is right on the beach. There is beautiful vegetation all around the property. I guess the question is: what are one's expectations? On Crete, we've seen better-quality properties at the same price range. The rooms are very clean. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.

The property needs additional investment. The rooms look old and dated. The bathroom curtain looked like it badly needed replacement. It was hard to take a shower without touching it. The towels were very old. Same for bathroom fixtures. The outdoor shower was rusted. While there are plenty of different kitchen appliances, they also look very old. The beds need replacement as well. Depending on the room, there could be a bunch of stairs that one needs to traverse, which can be challenging for older folks with heavy luggage. The area around the place is not very attractive. There are a bunch of empty lots or some properties that look like they were under construction for a long while.
