Villa Mimma Dubrovnik

Great location in Lapad,Dubrovnik just slightly on the hill, near Lapad walkway with restaurants, shops, grocery stores, Lapad Beach, and still near greenery and woods 😍 from balcony view of Gruz Bay and beautiful bridge💕Apartment has everything, from loundry room to every detail, practical and cosy, also in kitchen, spices, coffee,nice bedroom, comfortable sleeping, with it's own air conditioner and another in living room /kitchen space 🌼 and most of all great host, owner Vito, extremely polite, welcoming, at service for whatever we asked and punctual , he came to pick us up, also with our delayed flight, in all it was great experience 😇

Vito our host was there to greet us and tell us all about the area. Even provided us a sun umbrella for the beach. He was an exceptional host and made him self available for anything we needed. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It is within walking distance of Lapad beach with lots of restaurants and a lovely board walk and the bus was just down the hill and took you straight into Dubrovnik old town. So it was a perfect location.

The apartment is up a steep hill so wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues, however this wasn’t a problem for us.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The location was perfect for us. Lapad is a beautiful area with an amazing seaside promenade, stunning views, and unforgettable sunsets. It was a great base for exploring Dubrovnik while also enjoying peaceful evenings by the sea. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated having a kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Vito was an excellent host. He arranged our airport transfers both on arrival and departure, was always easy to reach, and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Only a few small things could be improved. It would be helpful to provide a few spare bin bags, a kitchen towel or cloth, a broom, and a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper. However, whenever we contacted Vito, he responded immediately and brought us additional bin bags and toilet paper.

- The owner is very nice and helpful. - It is well located, close to the super market and beach.

- It was too expensive for what it offered. No balcony, no amenities -- not even a shampoo or bodywash. - There was a lizard in the bathroom and the bathroom had a really unpleasant smell.
