Our family stay in Lapad

Barbara our hostess was exceptional. Very attentive to our every need and question. A very special thank you Barbara the house is exceptionally comfortable spacious modern with every comfort provided. Location was ideal. Beside the beach and beautiful walks by the coastline I highly recommend to anyone considering a stay. A short uber ride to the old town for 7 or 8 euros We had 7 family members and the house so easily catered for our stay. Barbara we look forward to visiting again

Lovely Villa

Spacious with good noise reduction as there is a road outside. Short walk to all amenities all around the villa bars restaurants etc .Barbera who welcomes you and the lady who lives below are lovy and unobtrusive. Bus stop opposite to get in and out of old town with ease. Fell in love with Croatia its beautiful. Uber service is cheap and very efficient. Will definitely book again.

Exceptional

The property was excellent. We had all we needed and even more. The gaming area on the 2nd floor was our favorite - very comfortable and well decorated. The bus stop was just across the street. The bus would take you straight to the old town. Very convenient. The Sunset beach was nearby too, yet we liked Banje beach in the city center better. The host was very friendly and helpful. (Thank you, Barbara!) We will definitely come back.

Perfect location for 2 families

The villa is big and has large and comfortable rooms. Kitchen is very well equipped. Kids have appreciated the PS4 for the moment of relax. Beds are comfortable too.

Amazing!

The host, Barbara, is an incredible person. She gave us so many recommendations and helped us have one of the best trips in ages. The house is awesome for big groups and fully equipped. The AC is extremely powerful and will keep you cool for the summer. We definitely want to come back!

Great house! 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, big kitchen, table for 8 people on the terasse - just add friends or family :-) Impeccable clean. Kids liked table football and snooker for them on the gallery.

Wonderful apartment, great location and incredible hosts

The property was as described with three large bedrooms and bathrooms, a great kitchen, lounge, diner and huge terrace with table and eight chairs. The beach is a few minutes walk, there are lots of restaurants nearby - recommend restaurant Madonna, restaurant Lapad, pull over bistro and if you like fish el pulpilo- wow! Plus lots more along the promenade including some with stunning views. The supermarket is close enough to shop every day and there is a fresh fruit and veg and fresh fish that is five minutes away. The hosts are incredible - they really went over and above being helpful and super friendly. Strongly recommend you stay here. Dubrovnik is hilly in general and Lapad is slightly flatter but you do need to be fit to walk up and down the hills. Lots of ubers available that are reasonable and friendly though.

Only down side was that it is on a busy road so there was some noise on the terrace but not enough to down rate and not noisy inside.

Wonderful Apartment and great hosts

The property is split over two floors with a bed and bathroom upstairs which was perfect for my daughter. The space was nicely laid out with kitchen well equipped and a big bonus being an American fridge with ice and cold water - fabulous in blistering heat. Outside was a large terrace with table and eight chairs plus space to sunbathe if wanted. There are many restaurants close by and the sea is a short walk down the hill. There are a few hills but that’s what the area is like so it is the same everywhere. The hosts were really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The supermarket is a short walk and I just shopped daily that was fine. There is also a fresh fruit and veg shop and fresh fish place that is incredible!

Only down side is that there is a busy road next to the property - not a problem inside but a bit noisy sitting on the terrace.

The property was exactly as pictured, totally clean and in a great location. Amazing value for money. We stayed as 4 individuals and each of us had our own room with double bed. Plenty of space. And the host is extremely helpful, polite, welcoming and is there to help you with any questions or problems. I cant rate it highly enpugh.

Potrei scrivere cose bellissime su questo soggiorno a Dubrovnik, ma non sarebbero abbastanza per far capire quanto siamo state bene. La casa è stupenda, in ottima posizione, dotata di tutti i comfort… c’è davvero tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, ed anche di più! Spazi ampi e puliti, tutto moderno e funzionante. Accoglienza al top, con Barbara che ci ha fatto sentire a casa ed aiutato ad organizzare anche una escursione in barca. Consiglio vivamente.
