About this apartment rental
My house is located near Forte dei Marmi, Cinquale, just 500 meters from the beautiful beach and the famous promenade; while the center of Forte dei Marmi is only about 2 km away.
It is located in a prestigious condominium with a large shared green park.
The house also has an exclusive and fenced garden with a hedge and a splendid covered and furnished outdoor veranda.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, a living room, dining room and built-in kitchen.
Inside the apartment there are three ultra flat screen HD smart TVs,
washing machine, hairdryer.
It does not need air conditioning as the apartment is exposed to the north and is surrounded by private garden being on the ground floor.
The property is also accompanied by an exclusive parking space and shared parking spaces.
Please note that linen is not included in the price. It will be provided at the request of the guest, if you wish, with a small additional price.
Check in after 15.00 and before 17.00;
Check out before 10.00 am.

Gode di un giardino attrezzato e coperato per pranzare all aperto
Unica nota negativa: troppi oggetti negli armadi sia in cucin. Camera e bagno non utili in una casa in affitto . Armadi vuoti danno maggior senso di ordine e pulizia

Het is een leuk en schattig huisje, bedden wat zacht voor ons. Wasmachine en boiler waren niet in orde tijdens ons verblijf. Eigenaresse stuurde voor de boiler direct een monteur. Wat wel inhield dat wij hiervoor thuis moesten blijven. Maar daar kan natuurlijk gebeuren.
Om de hoek konden we fietsen huren, 3 dagen, 2 Fietsen voor 28 euro vonden wij niet te duur.
Zaten niet te ver van de stranden, omliggende dorpjes en supermarkt af.
Vond zelf de communicatie vanuit de eigenaresse wat te zakelijk.
Verder vonden we het wat gehorig.
Maar alles bij elkaar leuk en fijn huis om te huren.

Casa bella, pulita, curata, fresca ed accogliente in posizione molto tranquilla e con mare facilmente raggiungibile. Giardino con veranda molto bello e godibile. Posto auto comodissimo. Ci tornerei!

The appartment is located in Cincuale, just outside Forte dei Marmi.
The appartment is well equipped and is delicatly decorated by the owner.
We loved the area with the beach close by, a supermarked with all we needed and just a short bicycle ride to Forte dei Marmi. For us it was a great surprise that there was bikes, and they made the entire vacation better! The area is flat and perfect for cycling.
We flew to Pisa and took the train north wich took 30 mins. From there 10 mins in taxi to the appartment.
The beaches are perfrect, water is clear and people are nice! Mostly Italians wacationing in the area, but for us that was perfect.
All in all a wery beautiful appartment and area that we definietly will come back to!
