About this house rental

Comfortable house situated in the heart of a landscaped garden nestled in the hills.
House for up to 4 people on site: 2 adults and 2 children.
For children there is a mezzanine (sofa bed).

See details as follows:

Small house of 30m2 + a mezzanine of 10m2.
A double bed of 160cm x 200cm in the bedroom.
A 140 cm x 190 cm sofa bed in the mezzanine
Enclosed courtyard garden (for children)
Private parking in the property

Access to the swimming pool shared with the owner with a view of the Sainte-Baume. There is a pool wheelchair available if needed.

Very quiet, no car noise, field of birds.

Ideal for visiting Provence (Aix-en-Provence, Marseille etc.) and enjoying the many festivals (Avignon, La Roque d'Anthéron).

The Mediterranean Sea is accessible in 20 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Cassis, La Ciotat, the calanques....

Tenants are requested to clean the house before leaving.
Possibility of a final cleaning as an option or to do the cleaning yourself: extra charge 50 euros.
Optional linen (bed linen, towels): 20 euros.

Off the beaten track

We ended up enjoying our stay but the place is very small and no sitting area inside. We wanted to have our grandchildren overnight but we felt the ladder was too dangerous. The road to the house is very bumpy and narrow. The biggest problem was poor WiFi reception. Place was not completely cleaned as the coffee pot was still dirty. However Patricia tried her best to make us comfortable and we did love the area.

Simply perfect

We had the honour of being the first English people to stay in this beautiful place. Slightly hard to find, but well worth the effort. Small but perfectly appointed apartment completely detached from the main house. Very French, simple but very comfortable. The pool, gardens and views are fabulous and it was hard to tear ourselves away in the hot sunshine to visit the huge variety of things to do. Marseille, the calanques, Cassis, aix, Castellet and the Paul Ricard circuit are all within easy reach as well as various markets every day if you wish. Not walking distance from anywhere and the gastronomic offer at Auriol nearby stops at pizza but with all the fabulous local food and wine on offer self catering was easy and a pleasure. Patricia and Jean Pierre are perfect hosts - unobtrusive but friendly. We had many happy hours practicing our French (us) and English (them - though they were much better!). We were treated to homemade tapenade and jam and left clutching herbs and flowers from the garden. Thoroughly recommended!

This little back cottage is in a lovely part of Provence. Convenient to everything you want to see! Or just stretch out by the pool. The hosts are charming and helpful. A wonderful vacation!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage Lage dieser Einliegerwohnung, die an das Haupthaus angebaut ist, ist sehr gut für Unternehmungen und zudem ruhig. Einzig die sehr schlechte Wifi-Verbindung war unangenehm.

Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires que nous remercions encore pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Le cadre est calme à souhait, très agreable, tant la location que les alentours au coeur du Parc régional de la Sainte Baume. Belles promenades dans le coin. La Méditerranée et la belle Marseille à une vingtaine de minutes. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber vollständig eingerichtet und bietet eine Galerie über dem Wohn/Schlafraum. Anfang November hatten wir leichte Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit in Bad und Abstellraum. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung oder die umliegenden größeren Städte. Schwierig ist es,wenn man bei Dunkelheit anreist,die Adresse zu finden !

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral . Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Marseille Aix en Provence und im schönen Cassis. Der Pool und der Garten sind echt super.

Zoals in andere recensies beschreven wordt, is dit een ideale plek voor een ontspannen vakantie met veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en geven veel adviezen. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn fantastisch, maar helaas werden deze gedurende negen van onze veertien dagen in beslag genomen door veel familieleden van de eigenaars, die daar hun vakantie door brachten.. Dat was niet volgens de afspraak dat het zwembad gedeeld werd tussen de eigenaars en ons als huurders. De privacy waarop we gerekend hadden werd helaas niet waar gemaakt, waardoor we niet optimaal van ons verblijf hebben kunnen genieten.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Patricia. Elle est agréable et très arrangeante. La location convient plutôt à un couple et un enfant, la déco un peu vieille mais c'est suffisant pour dormir. Notre seul point noir je dirai la salle de bain, j'avais vu les photos et je savais à quoi m'en tenir. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine sans être "gêné". Les propriétaires sont discrets. Merci pour ce séjour

A very peaceful and quiet little place at the foot of la Sainte Baume mountain ridge, great for everyone looking for a stay away from crowds. A small but sufficient appartment. Conveniently placed 20 minutes (in a car) from beaches, and yet in the heart of the lower Provence. Very friendly proprietors.

Das Ferienhäuschen befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Haupthauses. Wir waren sehr angetan von der ruhigen Lage, dem sehr gepflegten und schön angelegten Pool und der großen Freundlichkeit der Besitzerin.

Situation exceptionnelle de cette petite maison dans un cadre verdoyant entre Sainte Baume et collines de Pagnol à proximité du bourg d'Auriol et de ses services. On a particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et la bienveillance de Patricia et de Jean-Pierre, la propreté et la fonctionnalité de la location, la chambre avec son grand lit de 160 x 200. La propriétaire a été de très bons conseils notamment en termes de visites et randonnées. Si nous devions revenir dans le secteur, c'est dans leur maison qu'aura lieu notre séjour.

Une petite maison parfaite pour des vacances au coeur de la Provence. Tout y est, Patricia est une hôte vraiment très gentille et arrangeante. La maison est propre, le mobilier très bien, les lits confortable. Mon fils s'est approprié la mezzanine et en a fait son petit domaine. Je recommande vivement, et reviendrais avec grand plaisir.
