The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Everything was perfect! The unit is clean and has plenty of space. The kitchen has the basics - nothing fancy but enough for skiing family meals. The location could not be better and the ski lockers are very convenient. The only draw back is the hot water in the building. During peak hours- specifically 4-7pm after skiing and hot tubing the hot water is warm at best due to the high demand. Unfortunately, the units share a boiler not individual hot water heaters. We will definitely rent again. This was our second time renting in Frasers.

The unit was misrepresented. Hug hot tub and ski in ski out were both is the title of the property description. Hot tub was not working, and you had to walk down a flight of stairs, across a road over a bridge and through a courtyard with your ski boots on to get to the nearest lift. That is not ski in ski out. The units was clean but both sheets and towels were stiff
