About this apartment rental
Great condo in amazing & close proximity to the ski resort. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Located in Fraser Crossing, a luxury condominium complex with abundant amenities. Experience the roof deck's oversized hot tub, gas grills, and outdoor fireplace. Perfect for an enjoyable stay
This unit's impressive contemporary design features granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, LG LCD TV's, cozy gas fireplace, private patio, and in unit free washer and dryer. To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay this unit offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, with a primary bedroom (King bed) and a 2nd bedroom (Queen with twin bunk bed) and a sofa sleeper in the family room. For the little ones, the owner have left a pack 'n play in the bedroom closet.
Just FYI unit does not have a ski locker but there is a closet as soon as you enter the unit that you can use for your skiing equipment.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
LOCATION!LOCATION! LOCATION! Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.
Parking fee outside ski-season is free
Parking fee during ski-season $24/ per vehicle per day).
For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Second trip here. Less snow this year, but got 5" one day and 2" another. Made for a great stay and of course the condo is bar none. Mark in Pensacola 2026

Amazing location, such a short walk to the slopes. We also loved the hot tub and underground parking. We had an issue with the fire alarm, but a maintenance guy came and fixed it. We loved the condo so much we contacted the management company to stay an extra day.

Unit was clean, large and close to ski hill. Management was very helpful and easy to get ahold of.

Winter Park was all we thought it would be, however...........access to garage/ parking was a bit of a hassle , until we got it straightened out.* Furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable* nice patio area, with no furniture to sit on!.........had to take kitchen chairs out of room to have a place to sit and enjoy the view!* ceiling fan in main Bedroom wobbled and made noise while we tried to sleep* Appliances we’re outdated* Carpet was not clean
