Casaedge is situated in Almerimar. A relaxed, modern and stylish Spanish coastal resort. Set around a three bay marina and a 27 hole golf course it sits at the foot of the Alpujarra Mountains in Southern Spain. The apartment is part of a garden complex in a quiet residential area of the resort. It is within easy walking distance of the local amenities, bars and restaurants and is a stones throw away from a large sandy beach and the Natural Park.

There are 2 spacious and bright double bedrooms. One twin bedroom and the other with a Super King which can be converted to a twin on request. Please specify on booking.
A separate dining space with views towards the Natural Park is a lovely spot to catch the sun during the morning or the private outside balcony provides the opportunity for a little alfresco dinning.

A personal key provides access to the secure parking area, tennis courts and well kept seasonal swimming pools.

Towels, Beach towels, linen, some beach accessories and a guest information folder help to create a home from home.

We understand that for those of you who are flying, making travel arrangements and having to work around flight times can be tricky. If you can't get into the apartment until check in after a long journey or have to check out early on the day of departure it can make your holiday more stressful than it needs to be. So if you would like to alter your check in/out time this can be arranged. Whilst we can not guarantee to meet your request we will try our best, at no extra charge. Please note that you are met by a liaison who is only available during Spanish office hours. Please notify us if you need to collect keys outside of these times. (Information on booking).

Almerimar is known for it's modern Spanish feel and relaxed vibe, even during peak season. Set on the coast it offers large sandy beaches, a three bay marina and is an ideal base to explore the area from. Local restaurants and bars cater for all tastes and budgets. One end of the resort leads to the Natural Park whilst the other end is flagged by a long sandy beach and promenade that heads towards the Castel on the hill, which often houses summer events and outdoor concerts.
Almerimar is home to a 27 hole golf course at the local Hotel Golf Almerimar. It is well located place from which you can access many other golf courses in the area, visit historic towns, villages or other amenities, such as local markets, shops and sporting activities.
Or, if you prefer, just come to relax and enjoy the local cuisine.

Once in Almerimar everything you need is in easy walking distance. If you prefer not to you never have to travel anywhere.
There is a bakery and butchers with a few groceries available just below the apartment, a great cafe, just around the corner and a local restaurant on the beach front. All only a min away.
Alternatively you can take a 10min stroll towards the marina where you will find all the local bars and restaurants.
There are no hills and few steps. Apart from some uneven paving it is pretty easy for those that find walking or any distances difficult to gain access to everything they need.

If you would like to travel further a field there is a local bus service. Buses run approximately every 1/2hr. A timetable is available in the Guest Information Folder in the apartment. These are subject to change so we recommend you also get a timetable and check for any changes at the local tourist office in Almerimar.

Whilst not so common there are a few local taxi services available.

The preferred and most convenient mode of transport to get out of the resort and visit local sites and activities is to rent a car. We are happy to recommend some of our favourite agents. Please ask for the details on booking or you can do this before you book your holiday, at the airport or at one of the few hire companies available in Almerimar.
