Magnificent duplex with spectacular views of the sea on one side and the lake on the other. 3 rooms with own bathrooms. Large communal pool with children's pool. 4 paddle courts. Private surveillance. 9000m2 of gardens. 3 terraces with different orientations of 9.8 and 12m2. Living room of 25m2. Lots of light. Independent kitchen. Beach Blue Flag 4 stars.

We were so happy with this apartment, it was everything we wanted. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The surrounding areas were both clean and very safe. There is a great promenade for walking, jogging, cycling, just outside the complex, my Wife went out every morning and she loved watching the sun rise while out for her walk. There is a supermarket just 7/8 minutes drive away, or a good walk if you are so inclined. There is plenty see and do with the beautiful unspoilt coastline. Rafael was quick and easy to deal with and we really appreciated that. We hope to come back again some day. Thank you Rafael.
