The house itself is a masterpiece. A historic building with a soul, once belonging to a wealthy family of the region, it has been transformed by its owners into something truly extraordinary. Every room, every corner, every single detail has been curated with breathtaking love and intention - a seamless fusion of Moroccan and Alpujarran aesthetics that feels both exotic and deeply rooted in the traditions of this land. Choosing a room is genuinely difficult, not because any of them fall short, but because each one is more spectacular than the last. The atmosphere is pure magic: quiet, warm, enveloping. You can lounge by the pool, sink into the jacuzzi, grill under the open sky, and lose yourself in the sweeping mountain views. And then – the horses. The beautiful horses belonging to the wonderful Doña Inga graze nearby, and watching them is a kind of meditation in itself. I have been here twice now, and I will return with my family. Pets are warmly welcomed, which makes this place even more special – because the kindness here extends to every living creature.
