About this villa rental
Nice villa with wonderfull sea and mountain views - private pool. Views towards lots of grape vines, almond, olive, mango and advocado trees and nice night views towards the sea and the city of Velez-Malaga. Views towards the white village of Almachar from the terrace. Private driveway (150 meters ). WIFI and Smart TV. Garden furniture including BBQ. Airco in the living room and in 2 bedrooms.Easy acces to the city (with shopping mall), the beach and the mountains - only 15 km to the nearest beach and 22 km to the National Park where you can make the most amazing walks (different walking guides available in the house) - Malaga airport at 50 km - full tourist information availalble in the house.Easy drive to the white villages of Almachar and El Borge (3 km) where you can find shops, bars and restaurants.On a calm location, but not isolated : 2 white villages at 4 km .... Everything is possible : you want a calm stay at your house and pool? that is possible ; you want to do sports nearby (golf, tennis, horse riding, hiking, swimming, diving ? also possible. You want to go the beach (15 km), or you prefer a lake with fabulous views (18 km) ? also possible .Or do you prefer visiting musea and cultural destinations (Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla)? It's possible .... in winter even skiing (2 hours drive) in the most sunny resort of Europe is possible !!

The house is really nice, well equipped and very clean. Everything is there, you just have to worry about your relaxation or visit. The pool is a good size, well exposed, very clean too. The air conditioning makes you spend excellent nights despite the heat. We have rented several times and this is the best one. We highly recommend

This is a very comfortable property, spacious inside and out, plenty of room for three adults and a baby, with a good sized pool. It is well equipped and very private with great views over the mountains and towards the sea at Torre del Mar. It is in easy travelling distance to beaches and to Malaga, and near charming white Andalusian villages. We had a very relaxing time.
Like many Andalusian properties the short road up to the property is slightly challenging because of its steepness but we mastered it, or I should say I mastered it because my daughter refused to stay in the car with her baby and walked up instead, but having seen the water lorry reverse down the steepest part we wondered why we were making a fuss.
We did have a short period where there was an issue with water, but the owner's representative dealt with the matter very quickly and we were not inconvenienced.
4 stars rather than 5 because I think there should be a statement somewhere about the usage and monitoring of the CCTV camera, with its blinking red light, trained on the patio.
