The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
The bright and spacious living room, with its open fireplace, is a wonderful place to relax together and is equipped with a smart TV and free WiFi.
Adjacent is the open-plan kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge-freezer. A cosy dining area invites you to enjoy long, relaxed meals.
For added comfort, the entire house is equipped with central air conditioning on a pay-as-you-use basis.
All windows have mosquito screens and shutters, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on warmer days.
Outside, you can enjoy complete privacy. The private swimming pool (open from 1 April to 31 October) is perfect for cooling off, while the covered terrace with barbecue and atmospheric lighting is ideal for al fresco dining and long summer evenings.
