A unique detached holiday in sunny Andalucia (Spain) for up to 7 people with its own private heated pool and internet.
The house is for rent for a wonderful holiday in Spain, from € 695.00 per week. The fantastic views you get in for free! Overwintering at significantly lower price per week! Casa Feliz is a non-smoking property.
All of our guests on the first morning of their stay offered breakfast. Of course you will find a bottle of wine and a bottle of water to welcome on arrival.
Casa Feliz is peacefully situated approximately 3 km from the picturesque Comares, it lies in a valley near the top on the mountain and has a view of up to 30 km away! Casa Feliz is not isolated: a short concrete path (75 meters) you are on the tarmac Comares-Colmenar. But around the pool are places where you can sunbathe without being seen. Peace, space and privacy are guaranteed! Come and enjoy !!!!
Casa Feliz: A holiday house equipped for up to 7 people.
Casa Feliz has three bedrooms, two for two persons (there is one double bed and twin bed next to / together) and a bedroom with a bunk bed and one single bed.
There are plenty of quilts and pillows for 7 people. The linen is included and of course your beds freshly made on arrival. On each bedroom has a large closet with shelves and laying capacity.
Has requested a cot and highchair.
The living room has a sofa and chairs, a dining table with 7 chairs and of course a color TV (via satellite), a DVD player and a radio / CD player.
For the cooler winter months there is gas central heating (radiators in every room) and adds a wood stove in the living room (you get a basket wood included). For children there different toys, there are board games, all kinds of books and DVDs. In short, you can do enough
Casa Feliz is also internet available (for a small fee), but please bring your own laptop with wifi!
The kitchen is spacious and very extensive with a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob with 4 burners (gas), microwave, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space. In the kitchen are a toaster, a blender, a Senseo, a juicer, a bread machine and an electric kettle.
Needless to say, there pans, dishes, plates, cutlery and glasses are for 7 people. Kitchen towels, tea towels and dishcloths are included.
The bathroom has a bath, sink and a large walk-in shower. Of course there is hot and cold water. Towels are included. The toilet is in a separate toilet room.
2 bedrooms is a washbasin. And 2 bedrooms have their own very large balcony with super view! The bedroom on the warm side has an air conditioning.
Outside: A staircase on the outside of the house to get to the pool (8 x 5 meters). The depth of the pool ranging from 90 cm to 180 cm. There is a staircase with 4 steps built into the pool.
A specialist maintains the pool (in season twice per week in winter once a week). The pool has its own filtering and cleaning system. From 2011, the pool is heated, so you can always swim in pleasant water. Even in winter !!
The many terraces in this holiday will give you all day sun or shade you want. In the morning you can have breakfast outside in the sun on the balcony where you also have a fantastic view, or in the shade on the patio at the front door. All day there is sunshine around the pool, but there is always something to find a place with shadow. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Suns may optionally fully in privacy without being seen.
The area of the house is 110 m2 and the outdoor area is about 400 m2, in short, plenty of space !!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa. Gerda the owner, is absolutely lovely. Prior to staying at the villa and whilst we were there she responded to our questions and enquiries straight away. She is happy to give you any help or advice and can speak Spanish, English, Dutch and German!
The views from the villa are breathtaking. Yes, the roads are a little windey to get up there, but it was worth it for the views, and the property itself. The pool is heated (Gerda provided us with swim towels) and the property is beautifully presented, with everything you could possibly need.
The local town, Comares is a mile or so away. Lovely to look around and follow some of the trails near the old fort. The town of Nerja is worth visiting and lovely for shopping. We had three teenagers with us, and went on a Kayaking trip at the coast (Maro Nerja Kayaks), good fun going through the rocks and swimming in the clear crystal sea.
We were very sad to leave, which always means we had a brilliant holiday. Beautiful area, wonderful villa

Gerda is very nice and available! The house was very clean! All amenities were there. The views and the quite were top notch! And the reason why we choose Comares. Wifi excellent and the pool more than enjoyable at perfect temperature. If you're planning to stay here don't forget to taste the great paella of Emilia (refer to Gerda).

Lovely peaceful place, very well equipped.
Enjoyed the wood burner and the wood provided by Brenda!
A bit far from the city, however, there is a nice local shop close by.
Be prepared for narrow mountainous road but it is worth it as the place is beautiful and private.

A wonderful property and lovely host. The villa had everything we needed and was super for the kids - my son was overjoyed to find 2 big boxes of lego in his wardrobe! The villa is situated is such a beautifully peaceful place and the view is just spectacular., nothing to hear apart from the birds, the breeze and the cicadas. Geerda was so helpful too, and more than happy to answer any questions.
Comares is within walking distance and Los Venetos is even nearer which has 2 restaurants to choose from.
We had a super stay - Case Feliz will stay in our hearts for a long time.
