About this house rental
Villa Ursula A is a charming apartment that covers the entire first floor of a villa located in the center of Positano. It sleeps four people. From Villa Ursula A you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Ursula A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a wide shared terrace with a view of the sea, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Arienzo beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) including 300 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Ursula A from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. Because of the street and of the restaurant below, at times some noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ursula A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot. Villa Ursula A and B are two apartments that are part of an old white three-story building located high on a steep coast above the sea. When leaning against the windows or railings of the terraces, your eyes will meet the blue sea and the green of a picturesque stretch of high coast rich in inlets and small beaches.
The building dates back to the eighteenth century and is located near the upper inhabited area of Positano. The villa has been restored, and it offers two vacation apartments. You will have the advantage, rare on the Amalfi Coast, to reach it right away from the coastal road without the need of climbing the towns usual stairways, except for the steps inside the building.
From both apartments you can reach a large terrace, 100 square meters (about 1,076 square feet) large, which has been divided in two by flower boxes; one part for each apartment. Each apartment has its own furnished area with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deck chairs. Besides, you also have the possibility of sharing the barbecue and the outdoor shower.
As guests of Villa Ursula, you will be able to ask for the valet parking service.

Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The villa is lovely, it is extremely spacious and has everything you need for a brilliant stay in Positano.
Location is superb and despite being on main road was very quiet inside. We would stay again.

Despite the busy street, Villa Ursula A was fairly quiet, possibly because the A/C was on and the windows closed. The view was pleasing. The bedrooms were large and had enough drawer space and clothes hangers. The living and dining rooms also large but lighting in living room was poor. Another lamp and table are necessary, 2 dining room chairs are comfy but the round seated ones are not. The kitchen was adequate. The terrace was our biggest disappointment: very large and decent separation for the 2 units sharing, but lounges and chairs uncomfortable, both need cushions.
The location was excellent, very close to the bus stop and fairly close to grocery stores. We appreciated the relatively few stairs to reach the property.
Excellent service from Summer In Italy, we will definitely direct people to your site. All your information and help prior to departure was great and also your follow up.

Villa Ursula A is a very clean and well furnished apartment. Excellent terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.Great location: 1 minute walk to bus stop, and 5 minute walk to center of Positano.This was our first visit to Italy and we were very impressed by the responsive and helpfulness of the folks at Summer In Italy. Booking and payment was easy and there were no adverse surprises.
