About this apartment rental
Modern and stylish apartment offering a high standard of accommodation within walking distance of Lagos centre. The glazed terrace area at ground floor level makes this apartment particularly suitable for families with young children.
Living accommodation comprises of a spacious living and dining area. Sliding patio doors lead out to the large private terrace area providing comfortable furniture and additional seating for taking meals or simply just relaxing.
There are two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom. Both have patio doors opening onto the terrace area. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.
The living room and both bedrooms benefit from remote controlled air conditioning units which can also provide heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, built-in oven, ceramic hob and fridge freezer.
There is a communal pool, along with a separate children's pool and a gym is located in the apartment block for the use of guests.

This property was even better than advertised. The process was so smooth from checkin to checkout and the accomodation offered everything you could need. The standard is very high and local amenities provided all we needed. We felt very safe as family here and would definitely go back

What a brilliant apartment, stayed in Santo Amaro 3-4-F (Top Floor Corner Apt). Really close to the town but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise. Apartment is really big with large rooms, well appointed bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The BBQ on the huge balcony is good if you fancy a meal in and their are plenty of Supermarkets nearby for your shopping. Really highly recommended if you want some time in Lagos. Car Parking also very secure and the Pool is very quiet and not busy at all. Only downside is the beds around the pool. They are only plastic and have no cushions for comfort. I think an investment there is needed, but its not a big issue and a few Gin & Tonics around 5pm seemed to make things better :).

The Apartment complex and room were first class. I do feel however the poolside sun beds could do with an upgrade.
