Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et confortable. Cuisine à disposition, avec café/thé à disposition. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, avec jambon/fromage, viennoiseries, fruits frais, yaourts... Hôtesse très aimable, prévenante (renseignements sur de bonnes adresses...). Stationnement gratuit dans la rue, devant la Casa dos Avos.
Un peu excentré par rapport au coeur historique de la ville (il faut compter 15 min à pied avec un bon rythme).

el apartamento tiene una zona de parking en frente gratuito. Nos recibieron muy amablemente y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Muy recomendable

Very friendly owner - she immediately offered us a different room when we complained about the street noises in our first room. Free coffee, tea and fruits available at all times. Possibility to use a common kitchen, fridge, etc. Large free parking available right across the street and two parking spots right by the entrance. Fairly close to the old city centre and the beaches - easy to move around on foot.
At least one room was quite noisy (right by the street) and it was difficult to sleep at night, however we were offered a different one that was much better. The place was quite humid, perhaps there is a slight problem with air circulation. We noticed insects in some areas, mostly close to the kitchen.
