This modern apartment offers breathtaking views of Lake Taupō, the Taupō Marina, and the Waikato River- right at your doorstep. Just a short stroll away, you`ll find yourself in the heart of Taupō, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, boutique shopping, and local events.
Inside, enjoy a spacious open-plan living and dining area, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and contemporary appliances. For added convenience, there’s a separate laundry area with both a washing machine and dryer.
For added flexibility, the property also offers a separate kitchenette and a cosy seating area - perfect for when the kids want their own space to relax.
Step outside to enjoy a private courtyard with a BBQ, and direct gate access to the Waikato River - ideal for fishing right at your doorstep.
There are three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and three bathrooms.
• Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + Ensuite
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 King Single Beds
Stay warm and comfortable during the cooler months with two heat pumps and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The complex features a shared heated swimming pool (available during the summer season from Labour Weekend to Easter) and a BBQ area - perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Located just a 5-minute ride from a network of mountain bike tracks catering to all skill levels, this is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Taupō’s central location also means you`re only 1.5 hours from the ski fields and just 1 hour from Rotorua.
The property includes a double garage for parking. While additional shared parking spaces are available within the complex, they are not guaranteed. Please note: trailers (including boats), campervans, and caravans are strictly prohibited.
As this property is part of a complex, body corporate rules apply and must be followed. The complex is riverside and includes a swimming pool - children must be supervised at all times. Please note that swimming in the river is not recommended due to strong currents.
An additional guest surcharge applies for more than four people.

The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The bed was super comfortable and having the facilities to cook were an advantage on the cold nights.

Great place to stay. It's in a great location and is quiet considering how many apartments are there. It's close to town and you could walk if you wanted to. The views over the river and marina are amazing. There were swans and signets on the river when we were there so got to feed them.It was great having a garage and internal access on the mid floor.This apartment is over 3 levels and the living is on the top floor so be mindful of that.
