Very huge house with Spa!! Full kitchen with all cooking utilities and spices. Excellent view of the lake, mountain and stars (if clear sky).

Cosy and nice house! Beds were very comfortable. Easy drive into Taupo. The spa is great. Good communication with owner. Overall, perfect for a family stay in Taupo.
Overall level of cleanliness was good, but could have been a bit better (e.g. left socks of previous guests under bed, dust and flies on extractor hood, food crumbs in kitchen drawers, a smell (dog?) upon entering the house).

Key not working to get it. Had to call owner to come unlock it. Seemed a bit odd

Lovely cottage, exceptionally clean, great hosts, very comfortable beds, quiet location, easy walk to town & lake front.
Nothing we didn't like.
