About this apartment rental
The newly built apartment is arranged on one level and is equipped with independent air conditioning. It is fully furnished with quality and quality furniture and overlooks a floral garden with a private terrace / solarium where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with a view of the lake and Isola Comacina.
A convenient reserved parking, at the entrance of the property, is available for the entire period of the stay.
The property consists of: large living room with dining table and sofa bed which can be used by 1 adult or 1 boy.
The living room with balcony overlooking the lake has direct access to the terrace and the floral garden. A 45-inch plasma TV with satellite signal, Sony amplifier and Dolby Sorraund Bose 5 + 1 completes the use of the living room.
The bedroom with a window overlooking the garden is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a back that can be used for gymnastic exercises.
The apartment can also be equipped with a baby travel cot and high chair.
The bathroom, with a window overlooking the garden, is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and washer dryer.
The kitchen, with a window overlooking the garden and overlooking the garden terrace for easy use, is equipped with all comforts, refrigerator, stove, electric oven and microwave.
A snack table allows for a quick snack.
On the evening of the last Saturday of June the Sagra di S. is celebrated Giovanni with a grandiose musical fireworks display on the island that can be seen by guests comfortably seated, directly from the terrace or balcony. An opportunity not to be missed!

It was such a fantastic time in the delightful village of Sala Comacina. Melina & Matteo are delightful hosts. The place is spotless and location is absolutely the best. We look forward to visiting again.

The view from Sala Comacina Lake Como condo is stunning. We enjoyed our time on the balcony taking in the scenic view. Condo is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Our hosts Milena & Matteo went above & beyond ensuring our needs were met. They are very gracious and friendly and shared a wealth of information about the location.

The apartment is well appointed, easy to find and had the benefit of its own parking space. The views from the terrace and balcony are terrific. The apartment has everything youd expect with the exception of a kettle (we used the milk saucepan - no big deal) and the air-con works a treat - it was 30 degrees when we first arrived! The communal pool is spotless and was never busy.Sala Comacina can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes via various routes (road or steeper but more direct paths). There are a couple of bars on the main road and then a couple more restaurants on the lake shore. La Tirlindana is in a great location but is not cheap. We found lots of other places where the food was as good for half the price. Theres a ferry point which we used for a day trip to Bellagio - better though to go up to Lenno where the timetable is more extensive.The neighbours were all friendly and welcoming and Milena and her husband were excellent hosts - a couple of bottles (water, fruit tea and Prosecco) in the fridge was a nice touch. Arrival and departure paperwork was easy.We would recommend this apartment to any couple - it was perfect.
