About this villa rental
Beautiful villa ideally located (1000m from the ocean, 1000m from the golf course and 600m from the city center).
Access to cycle-paths right in front of the villa.
The large garden of 1800m2 at the back holds the south-facing terrace, whereas to the side sits the east-facing terrace, covered for more freshness.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people: two double bedrooms with a 160-bed each (one with ensuite bathroom), one bedroom with 2 bunk single beds, plus a chalet in the garden with 2 single beds, turned into a double bed if necessary.
2 showerooms and 2 toilets add up to the list, together with a kitchen equipped with a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 1 coffee maker, 1 electric kettle, 1 toaster, 1 citrus press, 1 mixer and 1 mixer.
Please note for stays of less than 7 nights:
- Beds will be made at your arrival (although sheets are provided)
- You will also be responsible for the cleaning and a 100€ deposit check will be given on arrival and cashed if not done.

Nice Location, a little noisy (mainroad at the front) but the garden is at the Backside so it didnt vorher ist.

Needs TLC, in particular screen doors or windows to keep insects and lizards out and let air in when its hot. Nice owner, good communication, directly on one of the main streets into town

Nous avons passé un séjour plutôt agréable dans cette maison. Le confort intérieur est un vrai plus. Toutefois, nous ne pouvons cacher notre déception quant au jardin et au bruit venant de la route juste devant la maison. Le vis à vis avec les voisins, dont le jardin avec piscine est séparé d'un simple grillage, n'a pas permis de profiter de la "pinède". Par ailleurs, la verdure de la pinède apparente sur les photos est diffcile à trouver, cela est certainement dû à la canicule. Si la terrasse devant l'entrée est agréable, on peut toutefois signaler le bruit produit par la circulation de la route principale. Cette location est donc plus adaptée à des vacanciers ne recherchant pas en priorité la tranquillité et l'intimité.
