We were a large family group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) and this house was brilliant! It is very comfortable with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and hot water, a lovely garden with a tennis court, and gorgeous views out over the sea. There are beaches within easy walking distance, and great walks straight from the house. We also made car expeditions to various interesting surrounding historic towns, etc. All in all it was a great success.

We just had the most perfect family holiday ever in your beautiful house. The house is so well equipped with everything to make everybody comfortable and happy; the views are magnificent, the garden is beautiful and apart from the tennis court there was plenty of space for volley ball and other family games. We will come again!

We stayed at this beautiful house (end of Rue de la Fosse) in St Cast during August in 2016. We were 2 families with 8 children combined and had an amazing time. The location and privacy of the house are very unique, with panoramic views over the bay, the hills and the castle of La Latte, with the sun setting right in front of the house over the hills and sea each evening. Many things to do from the house including: going down the beach at the end of the road, talking the dune walk that passes in front of the house and goes all the way along the sea to the village of St Cast, visiting very unique villages, castles and churches like: the Castle of La Latte, the towns of Dinan and St Malo, St Jacu-sur-mer and its islands, Cap d'Erquy, the Mont St Michel etc. Everyone in the family had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back.

We spent a fantastic week in your house. With 8 adults and 8 children aged 2 to 16 years, it was a perfect location. We really enjoyed the view from the perfect terrace. The children enjoyed playing in the garden – without being afraid of annoying any neighbours. Everybody played – or tried to play – tennis. Thanks to the nice weather, we spent many hours on the nearby beach. The change of tide made it even more interesting to sit on the terrace and watch the scene. The house was perfect for our purpose. Every family had two bedrooms and one fully equipped bathroom. Thanks to the information given before the journey, we could decide how to distribute the rooms in advance. Everybody was confident. The shower outside was used by everybody and made coming home from the beach so much more easier. Whoever needed some privacy could find it anywhere in the garden. We always had diner in the house or on the terrace; nobody felt any need to eat in a restaurant, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen on the second floor was used additionally – the oven and the refrigerator. We would have loved to stay longer. We had to admit that this house was worth every cent. At the end, there was only one problem: if we should ever plan another holiday with the whole family – how should we top this week ?

We really enjoyed staying at your house..We enjoyed particularly the view from the terrasse and the calm of the place. The house was also well equipped for cooking and for accommodating our extended family of 16. Everybody was able to find a quiet place when needed. We also appreciated the assistance from the cleaning lady in doing some shopping and preparing our first diner. This helped us getting settled the first day. The location is also great to go to Cap Frehel, Dinard and St Malo very quickly. Overall we again really enjoyed the house and will most likely rent it again

Propriété très vaste: 4 belles chambres équipées de salle de bain et WC, 2 chambres équipées de douche et lavabo, 1 chambre équipée de lavabo. Plus 2 WC. Deux belles cuisines, 1 grand salon au réez de chaussée et un au premier étage. Un grand grenier avec table de ping Pong et baby foot. La maison comporte partout de grande baies vitrées qui permettent d'avoir vues splendides sur la mer. Pour l'extérieur: un barbe chue, un tennis, belle terrasse sur trois cotés, Très grand jardin composé de pelouse et massifs de fleurs. Propriété parfaitement isolée par de nombreux arbres. Et pour "couronner" le tout, vue absolument magnifique qui surlombe la mer avec vue sur le Fort Lalatte.

Lorsqu'on arrive dans la propriété, quelques mètres après le portail, on découvre la Bâtisse, avec la mer en arrière plan ... la première envie est de faire le tour du jardin et d'apprécier la vue sur mer (à 180°) ... c'est juste magnifique !!! ... Puis vient l'entrée dans la maison : c'est encore plus beau que sur les photos du site ! ... les pièces sont grandes, bien agencées, la pièce principale Cuisine + salle à manger + salon est impressionnante ... et la terrasse immense !, avec une balustrade coupe vent très appréciée ... et cette vue ! époustouflante à tous les étages ! ... la maison est propre, les équipements sont neufs et modernes ... nous y avons passé un superbe week-end ... et nous avons eu du mal à quitter ce lieu splendide !

Nous étions 14 adultes et 2 enfants. Maison parfaitement adaptée, chaque couple avait son intimité. Très propre. Rien ne manquait, juste peut-être une table de séjour plus grande. Vue imprenable, non exagérée sur les photos du site. Nous sommes tous restés bouche bée devant la beauté, le confort et la vue de la maison. Terrain de tennis parfait aussi, ainsi que le parc. Nous venons pour la quatrième fois dans cette belle maison où nous nous plaisons beaucoup. Sa grande surface permet à trois générations de cohabiter dans un excellent confort. Nous sommes une famille de 17 personnes appréciant la vue magnifique, de somptueux couchers de soleil et des plantations belles et variées. Que ce soit dans le jardin ou dans la salle de jeux, les enfants s’amusent beaucoup et reviennent avec joie à Saint-Cast. Nous apprécions beaucoup la gentillesse des propriétaires toujours attentifs au bien-être de leurs locataires.

Les photos et le site internet pourtant très bien fait ne rendent pas complètement justice à cette maison qui est encore plus belle en vrai. La situation sur la pointe est exceptionnelle et on ne se lasse pas de cette vue imprenable sur la mer à 180 degrés avec un point du vue unique sur Fort Lalatte. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, refaite avec goût et matériaux de qualités, tout est fait pour agrémenter vos séjours entre amis ou en famille. Les grandes baies vitrées du salon principal rendent agréables même les après midis pluvieux. Dès le premier éclairci, la terrasse qui fait le tour de la maison est très agréable et permet de déjeuner dehors en étant proche de la cuisine et en bénéficiant de cette vue magnifique. Un dernier commentaire pour dire que le 2ème étage de la maison et le jardin ont été le paradis des enfants pendant tout le week-end. Je ne peux que recommander chaudement cette sublime maison où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Une vue époustouflante, isolé du voisinage, de la place pour tout le monde, un banc face à la mer comme dans les films, cette demeure est idéale pour les grandes familles/groupes en quête de retrouvailles. Une plage peu fréquentée en contrebas et un sentier douanier à 50m de la maison en font un endroit idéal pour les sportifs et les moins sportifs... Nous sommes venus trois fois dans cette maison dont nous apprécions la vue splendide mais aussi l’espace, le confort et l’excellent équipement. Nous venons avec tous nos enfants et petits enfants, nous sommes une famille de 16 personnes. Donc, malgré des âges différents, chacun aime revenir dans cette maison. Si le temps oblige à rester à l’intérieur, les enfants peuvent jouer dans la salle de jeux. S’il fait beau, ce qui a été le cas cette année, le grand et beau jardin offre plein de possibilités à la fois pour les sportifs, les jeux de plein-air ou les amoureux des plantes. Pour moi qui ne peut pas marcher beaucoup, pendant que certains faisaient des randonnées, j’ai apprécié la terrasse ou le banc face à la vue magnifique pour lire ou méditer. Je n’ai que des compliments à faire au propriétaire avec qui nous avons eu toujours un très bon contact.
