Welcome to an exceptional, truly privileged destination. Nestled right in front of the Château de Suscinio, this high-end property offers a unique living environment (380 sq. m or 420 sq. m Optional) , bridging the absolute calm of the bird sanctuary and the enchanting majesty of the castle.
A unique natural setting : Access Suscinio Beach via a wooden boardwalk winding through the protected nature reserve - a magical, utterly immersive experience.

High-End Space & Standing : Generous volumes: 380 sq. m total, featuring a light-filled 85 sq. m kitchen/living room - ideal for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or corporate retreats.
Refined decor: a recently renovated interior combining quality finishes, elegance, and modern comfort (fully equipped kitchen, Starlink Wi-Fi, etc.).
Set in the heart of the Suscinio Nature & Bird Reserve, this property is the perfect base to enjoy the beach, hike along the coastal trails (Sentier des Douaniers), and explore the many treasures of the Rhuys Peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan. Or simply relax in the peaceful garden, in the shadow of the Château de Suscinio!
Shops and leisure activities are just a short drive away, and Port du Crouesty is nearby for boating enthusiasts.
Comfortably sleeps 16 (new bedding, linens and towels provided) : 7 bedrooms (4 with sea views) & 6 bathrooms:
- Ground floor: 2 spacious entrances ; a large kitchen and living area (an 85 sq. m) with a wood-burning stove ; 1 accessible (PMR) bedroom with 2 single beds (which can also serve as a cozy lounge with a pool table) ; 1 accessible (PMR) bedroom with 1 single bed ; 1 adjoining accessible bathroom.
- First floor: 3 large sea-view master suites with private ensuite bathrooms and double beds (beds in 2 of these suites can be split into single beds ; 1 bedroom features triple exposure, a balcony, and a Nespresso machine) ; 1 sea-view bedroom with a double bed (can be split into 2 single beds) ; 1 large dormitory sleeping 5 with 2 single beds and 1 triple bunk bed (under strict parental supervision) ; 2 shower rooms.
A laundry room with 1 washing machine and 2 dryers.
(Note: 2 additional sea-view bedrooms + 1 extra bathroom are available as an option to accommodate up to 20 guests).
Amenities: Starlink Wi-Fi, laser printer in one bedroom, central heating (active from October to April), large wood-burning stove on the ground floor for mid-season warmth, and parking for up to 8 cars.
Kitchen: fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, food processors, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Outdoor areas: 990 sq. m courtyard featuring a 100 sq. m south-facing paved terrace with a partial sea view. A 600 sq. m south- and west-facing garden behind the house with views of the Château de Suscinio—the perfect spot for evening drinks (apéro)!

Important Note: Located in an extremely quiet area, parties and group events are strictly prohibited. The maximum capacity of 16 guests (or 20 with the extra option) must be respected at all times.
Corporate Retreats: Perfectly suited for business seminars (close to the town of Sarzeau and 25 minutes from Vannes TGV train station). An optional 50 sq. m meeting room and a second 20 sq. m kitchen can be rented upon request (pricing available on demand).
Check-in: 5:00 PM
Check-out (weekdays): 9:00 AM
Check-out (weekends / short stays): 5:00 PM (provided no new guests are arriving the same evening).
Times can be flexible—please reach out if you have any questions.
Heating: Full house heating is active from October to April. Outside of these months, the wood-burning stove in the living room/kitchen is at your disposal.

La maison est déjà très spacieuse et très bien rénovée, mais elle est par ailleurs dans un cadre tout à fait unique, à proximité de la plage, des salines et de leurs espaces naturels protégés, et bien sûr du château de Sucinio qui sert de décor au séjour. Un endroit assez unique il faut le dire.

Une propriété spacieuse et très confortable située, au calme, dans un site exceptionnel. Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui nous ont communiqué toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour. L'accueil par Katia était parfait. De très belles promenades à proximité (Château de Suscinio et randonnées dans les marais et en bord de mer, ...). Des fruits de mer excellents des viviers de Banastère (conseillés par Marine).
