About this house rental
Located just 4 km from the sea and the sailing school, the Kerdu estate is situated in a prime location, in the middle of a 5-hectare park bordered by a small stream called “le Kerdu.”
A total of 21 beds are spread across the Manor, the Kerdu Nevez House, and the Annex, all in a completely peaceful setting.
The 15th-century Manoir de Kerdu, fully restored:
- 175 m² for 9 people
- entryway, grand staircase, “watchtower” under the roof trusses converted into a TV room
- fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room.
- 3 bedrooms, including a dormitory sleeping 5
- 3 bathrooms (3 showers and 2 bathtubs) and 4 toilets
Kerdu Nevez House:
- 165 m² for 10 people
- large kitchen-dining area and living room on the first floor
- 4 bedrooms upstairs
- 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bathtub), 3 toilets
La Longère Game Room:
- 37 m²
- Located between Kerdu Nevez and the manor house.
- Ideal for children
- A large game room with 2 extra beds, board games, foosball, books, and children’s games
The annex:
- 40 m² for 2 people
- Located in the manor’s courtyard
- A living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor
- A bedroom on the mezzanine (no insulation).
The laundry room:
- Located at the entrance to the estate.
- a nice space with washing machines, a shower for after a day at the beach, and an ironing board.
