About this house rental
Stunning Provençal style villa, with tasteful interior decor which sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom is en-suite and has king size bed . Double bedroom and twin bedroom with separate bathroom upstairs with WC downstairs. All bedrooms are air conditioned as is the ground floor living accommodation. the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen dining area and living room which is well furnished (see photographs). The living room open up onto a private and secluded terraced seating and garden which enjoys day long sun.
The terrace is furnished with an outdoor table, outdoor lounge, parasol and 6 chairs and is an external room to the house ideal forelaxing with a glass of local wine. The garden has a generous grassed area for sunbathing and enjoys a well landscaped terraced garden which offers complete privacy to the adjoining properties.
The swimming pool is located to the rear of the house with private fob access to the residents and guestsof Les Clos des Vignes.
The kitchen is fully furnished with central island unit all modern facilities including dishwasher, coffee maker and cooker, hob and microwave, smoothie maker and picnic basket. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, so you can pack light.

We stayed in this villa during our summer holiday. The location is perfect situated, quiet and the central swimming pool is in your backyard. Everything you need is present in the villa, including airco in all the rooms and equipment in the kitchen. We recommend this location!

The house is very nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. The garden and terrace allow for outdoor eating and relaxing in a quiet atmosphere. Acces to the common pool is very easy. La Mole is a small but charming village; the local Spar is well stocked, and there a few very nice local restaurants. The owner and her local representatives are very responsive and helpful; they provided us with lots of information on local villages, restaurants, and beaches - especially the latter is very helpful as they are many places to choose from, all with a different atmosphere and with varying driving times.

We so loved staying in this lovely family home. It is perfectly equipped including so many thoughtful and useful things like toys and all the beach equipment you could need. The air conditioning is a god send and having a pool on the property to cool down in is brilliant.
La Mole is well located to enjoy and explore so many different areas and the local Spar and Boulangerie have everything you need with Cogolin a short drive away. This was a like a little piece of heaven for us after 16 weeks of lock down and we hope to be able to return every year.
