This idyllic holiday home sits atop a small hill between the beaches of Le Rayol and Canadel, offering breathtaking 180-degree views of the open sea, the Îles d’Or, and Cap Nègre – home to Carla Bruni and Nicolas Sarkozy.
The house features three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, smoothie maker, and more. The spacious garden and various terraces invite you to relax and unwind, depending on your mood. Due to its hillside location and unsecured terraces, the house is only partially suitable for small children.
If you love the tranquility and beauty of a historic French seaside village, Le Rayol will become your new favorite place. At the same time, the region’s vibrant hotspots are within easy reach: the glamorous Saint-Tropez, with its famous Pampelonne Beach, is just a 35-minute drive away, while the lively city of Toulon can be reached in around 55 minutes.
In the center of Le Rayol, you will find various shops for daily needs, including a supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a post office.

Watersports in Cavalière: A paradise for watersport enthusiasts! Activities include windsurfing, sailboat rentals (Hobie Cats), jet skiing, wing foiling, and kayaking.
Buoy in the Bay of Rayol: During the summer months, boat owners can rent a buoy in the Bay of Rayol for boats up to 10 meters, available daily or weekly – including a shuttle service to the beach. A slip service is available at the nearby harbor in Cavalaire sur Mer.
