About this villa rental
Welcome to our property on the heights of Rayol/Canadel
We offer you our large Villa with swimming pool, very pleasant to live in for holidays with family or friends offering different spaces allowing you to relax in complete peace and quiet.
It is located in a residential area, quiet and open with a view of the hill and the sea.
Villa with a surface area of 230 m² on its land of 5000 m².
3 terraces with garden furniture
A large living room with reading corner of 70 m², a kitchen of approximately 30 m²
Four bedrooms with air conditioning, including a Master upstairs with beautiful veranda and garden furniture.
Two shower rooms and a bathroom, two separate toilets,
A vast plot of land hosts a superb free-form swimming pool facing the sea,
A Pull House equipped with a refrigerator and a gas plancha, for convivial moments, four deckchairs, two parasols.
In the property four parking spaces.
Practical information:
Concerning the beach of the setting 1.4 km 4 minutes by car and 15/20 minutes on foot,
Canadel beach 2.4 km and 5 minutes by car,
Please note: there is a free shuttle that passes near the villa.
For golf lovers you can go to Saint-Tropez and Valcros,
Two sites for tennis: the SAS TAG company in Rayol/Canadel and the Smash club in Cavalière located in a remarkable site in the conservatory with its Restaurant recognized by Michelin and “Gault et Millau”
Many activities are also offered nearby:
Surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingsurfing in various places, notably on Almanarre beach in Hyères.
On Cavalière Bay you will have the pleasure of discovering all the water sports with also rental of kayak, paddle, jet ski, catamaran etc…
For cyclists, joggers and athletes, there is an incredible cycle path: the train route des pignes between Hyères and Cogolin. Mountain bikers will also find trails open depending on the weather.
Hikers and walkers will be delighted by the multitude of paths and trails to discover; you will have all the information from the tourist office
On almost all the beaches you will find something to have lunch or dinner in a friendly atmosphere.
And of course the unmissable “Golden Islands”: Porquerolles island, Cros port and the Levant departing from Lavandou or the Giens peninsula.
