The Verde apartment is located on the ground floor of the Macchia al Prete farm with direct access to the garden.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with two single beds, a kitchen equipped with 4 burners, refrigerator, oven, a bathroom with shower.
Thanks to its structure the apartment is naturally cool in summer without the need for air conditioning.
The apartment is suitable for a family of 4 people or two couples, in the garden has its own space with tables, chairs, deck chairs to eat and relax outdoors.
The cottage has a brand new pool 13 meters long, private parking, free wi-fi and the possibility of renting bicycles.
The farmhouse is located in the countryside of Castagneto Carducci, a few kilometers from the village of Donoratico where you can find many supermarkets and shops with organic and local products.
For children, just 4 km away is the Cavallino Matto playground, one of the largest amusement parks on the coast and with numerous attractions for young and old.
The apartment is spacious and bright, has a large garden shared with others but also has a private part with table and chairs for dining. The area is quiet suitable for families with children who can play in large spaces without dangers. In 5 minutes you reach the sea that has long stretches of sand only suitable for healthy walks both on shore and in the water (to stimulate the circulation naturally in our bodies) and especially suited to children.

Wir hatten zwar eine sehr kleine Ferienwohnung, aber dafür war sie sehr gemütlich. Der Garten ist sehr groß, es gibt Möglichkeiten zu Grillen und der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Sehr freundliche , hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Feriendomizil befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück mit Pool. Alles sehr sauber, kein Luxus, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ideal an warmen Sommertagen, das Meer ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und hat Sandstrand. Auch in den Sommerferien findet dort jeder einen Platz. Sonnenschirme nicht vergessen!
