The Verde apartment is located on the ground floor of the Macchia al Prete farm with direct access to the garden.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with two single beds, a kitchen equipped with 4 burners, refrigerator, oven, a bathroom with shower.
Thanks to its structure the apartment is naturally cool in summer without the need for air conditioning.
The apartment is suitable for a family of 4 people or two couples, in the garden has its own space with tables, chairs, deck chairs to eat and relax outdoors.
The cottage has a brand new pool 13 meters long, private parking, free wi-fi and the possibility of renting bicycles.
The farmhouse is located in the countryside of Castagneto Carducci, a few kilometers from the village of Donoratico where you can find many supermarkets and shops with organic and local products.
For children, just 4 km away is the Cavallino Matto playground, one of the largest amusement parks on the coast and with numerous attractions for young and old.
